I have worked in Black Hills real estate for 16 years. I know this market the way you can only know a place when you have watched it through multiple cycles, negotiated hundreds of transactions across every property type, and built a business here from the ground up.

I am the Owner, Broker, and License Partner of Engel & Völkers Black Hills, with offices in Rapid City and Spearfish, South Dakota. I have led this brokerage for 10 years — first as VIP Properties, and for the past three years as part of the Engel & Völkers global network. That transition was intentional. It gave my clients access to world-class marketing, international reach, and a luxury brand recognized in over 35 countries, while keeping the boutique accountability that has always defined how I work.

My practice covers luxury residential, land, commercial property, and new construction across Rapid City, Spearfish, Deadwood, Hill City, and the broader Black Hills region. I work directly with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. I understand complex deal structures, seller financing, commercial investment analysis, and the kind of negotiation that protects your position without burning the relationship.
